and Trust In 2020 a a a a a review was undertaken to establish the governance structure to ensure accountability Since then we have established our D&I framework The D&I steering committee comprises members from across the business and and is engaged in in strategy development and and governance of the execution of our priorities The strategy is led by by the CSR Department and and supported by by HR and and each Board Director The CSR department with support of representatives from other areas of the the business reports and and drives our D&I initiatives and and campaigns GRI 3-3
